Mission Hills Church of Christ - First Service - 11/04/1988

This is a video recording of the very first worship service ever held at the Mission Hills Church of Christ in Springfield, MO. Featuring sermons by Brother Ronny Wade, and Brother Clovis Cook. During this time, Mission Hills was overseen by two elders: Brother Dan Wissinger, and Brother Virgil Hogland.

The first section of the video contains clips of various people entering the building, and shows some familiar faces, as well as some friends who are no longer with us.

We hope this video is of encouragement, brings back memories, and also brings to remembrance the great importance the Lord's Church can have in a community, and the powerful influence it can have on generations to come.
