Winston Churchill, British prime minister during the Second World War, was serving in his second term when he celebrated his 80th birthday. Graham Sutherland was contracted to do a portrait to honor the famous statesman, and the painting was unveiled in a public ceremony. The elders of the StoneRidge church of Christ are continuing to monitor the coronavirus COVID-19 situation closely. It has been decided the wisest course of action is to cancel services at the building and continue live streaming services at least through 4/12/2020.
